2022 Knitting Retreat Details and Purchase Instructions

Welcome to the 5th annual Llama Mama Knit-o-Rama, this is the committee’s 12th anniversary of planning this extravaganza! We are looking forward to a great weekend of knitting and visiting. Please read the following information carefully.

Retreat Cost (until January 22, 2021 - additional cost after that date):

1) I recommend starting with the Basic Retreat Stay. To add this item to your cart, you must make a choice from each drop down menu and enter something in each text field (you can type No or N/A if you don't need something).

2) To choose an addon, you must select something for each drop down and you have to select available combinations. The 9 combinations possible are listed above If you right click and choose "Copy Link location" to copy the link, paste into browser where you made your initial purchase after adding the first item, you will be able to add it to your cart easily.

3) To add yarn, choose yarn yarn and number of skeins and add to cart

Stash Yarn Sale:

On Friday night we will have a stash yarn sale. Attendees can bring along any yarn they wish to sell in clear ziploc style bags that is tagged with their name and price. Remember, items priced at garage sale prices sell better.

Show and Tell:

Saturday is for those who would like to share the items that you have completed in the last year. This is an excellent time to share your talent and wow the crowd!

Massage:

Our massage therapist retired last year. We are checking if we can find a replacement, but may not be able to do so.

Refund Policy:

Late Fee for Registration after January 22, 2022 -- $50.00

Cancellations: Before January 22, 2022 --94.5-100% (depends on method of purchase and time from original order), After January 22, 2022 -- 50%

No Refunds after February 15, 2022
